Personal Training Member of the Month: Nicole Petroff!

Following a consistent, progressive strength training program is a sure-fire way to get the kind of physique changes you’re looking for this summer.  This month we’re highlighting one of our clients who has found her love for getting strong!  Enjoying the kind of activity you do – and knowing the benefits of it – is a great way to keep yourself consistent.   I got a chance to chat with Nicole about her experience so far:MotM May2014

Occupation: Marketing Coordinator for a Realty company.

How long have you been training at Capital?

After the New Year in January.

How do you find the time to get in your workouts so consistently?

You just have to make it a priority.  It’s like any other appointment you’d make.

What’s your favorite thing about working out at Capital?

The personal attention at Capital is what really sets them apart from other gyms.  You guys know me, know what my goals are and you help me on a daily basis to succeed.

It’s not just inside the gym, but outside as well!  With the Facebook group, checking up on me with emails, or little texts – things like that give Capital a hands-on and personal nature.

What is your favorite exercise?

I always considered myself a girly girl, but I LOVE deadlifts now.

What would you say to someone who was interested in strength training but was apprehensive to try?

Come try it out!  You’ll be surprised at how you become addicted to this strength training and how it becomes part of your daily life.

Capital can seem intimidating, but once you see the support, personal attention, and the wide variety of people who come, you’ll feel right at home.  Everyone has a place!
