About Me
As a NASM-certified Personal Trainer, currently pursuing advanced Corrective Exercise (CES) and Nutrition (CNC) certifications, I bring expertise, passion, and a proven track record to help you reach your goals. My fitness journey started as a high school wrestler and track athlete, where I discovered the transformative power of strength training to boost performance and confidence. After earning a Business Administration degree and working in the mortgage industry, I followed my true calling: empowering clients like you to build strength, prevent injuries, and embrace sustainable health.
With a training philosophy rooted in proper form, mobility, and personalized programs, I design fun, motivating sessions tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re aiming to lift heavier, move better, or feel more confident. My experience speaks for itself: I’ve hit a 405 lb deadlift at 200 lbs, helped a client pack on 10 pounds of muscle, and guided another to shed 20 pounds. As a volunteer youth football and basketball coach, I also inspire kids to develop coordination and self-assurance, bringing that same energy to every client I train.
