Personal Trainer & Strength Coach
Liz is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Health Coach, with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Nutrition Science, and a Master of Science in Global Health.
After many years of competitive swimming and CrossFit, she embraced her true passion: barbell training. She began competitively powerlifting in 2016, and now holds multiple state records and a 900+ total. Liz prides herself on meeting clients where they are by creating an environment of learning and promoting a growth-mindset. She approaches fitness holistically, knowing that the foundation lies in joyful movement.
When not training at Capital Strength, Liz enjoys volunteering at the local animal shelter, spending time with her three cats, and serving as the Wellness Programs Coordinator at NC State.
