Elijah is a NASM certified personal trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
He is a Raleigh native who discovered his love for fitness after being overweight through his teenage years. After making extreme dietary changes and dedicating time in the gym, 40lbs were lost and exercise was now enjoyable instead of a chore. MMA, dancing, rock climbing, and other various forms of exercise were explored over the years until he discovered his passion, barbell strength training.
He has spent a considerable amount of time working towards perfecting his craft and molding his training philosophy. Elijah specializes in strength and power development, sport-specific training, weight loss and injury prevention as well as balance, mobilization and stabilization. He creates motivating, challenging workouts that build strength and confidence pushing you farther than you thought possible.
