About Me
I've been a powerlifting coach and personal trainer for over 8 years. My background is in MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, and climbing, so I know firsthand that strength is the foundation for everything else in life. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or picking up a barbell for the first time, my goal is to help you surpass goals you didn’t even know you had.
My Approach
I’m a big believer in the science of lifting - specifically adherence, overload, and specificity. I program using variable block training, but I focus heavily on two things: core bracing and knee health. I’m a "wordy" coach because I want you to have the root knowledge to understand your own body. I prioritize movement quality over everything else so that you can stay in the game for the long haul.
