Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup diced fresh strawberries

  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (approx. 20g protein)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional for fiber/thickness)

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)


Directions

Mix It Up:

  • In a jar or container, combine oats, Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and sweetener.

Add the Berries:

  • Stir in the chopped strawberries (save a few for topping if you like).

Chill Overnight:

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Serve:

  • Enjoy cold, or microwave for 30–60 seconds if you prefer it warm. Top with extra berries, sliced almonds, or a dollop of yogurt if desired.
