  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

  • ¾ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Zest of ½ lemon (optional but bright!)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: handful of fresh spinach (won’t change flavor much)

Directions

  1. Add almond milk to blender first (helps blades move easily).

  2. Add yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, and vanilla.

  3. Add frozen fruit and lemon zest.

  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 45–60 seconds).

  5. Adjust thickness with a splash more milk if needed.

Serve immediately and top with fresh berries or coconut flakes if you’re feeling fancy.
