Absolutely. By adding intensity, volume, instability, or density; your workout will be scaled to your ability.

Can I just workout on my own?

We are a private gym. This means that all of our clients have a scheduled appointment or class time. Unlike traditional commercial gyms, our workouts and sessions are very structured.

We offer special open memberships to competitive lifters and athletes. If you are preparing for a specific sport or competition, please contact us for more info about our open memberships.
