We are a private training facility focused on high quality personal training that gets results and designed for your goals. We don’t lock our clients in to unreasonable, long term contracts and your satisfaction is a top priority.
Everyone training with us is here from the same reason: outstanding training, great service, and an environment of zero nonsense. Our clients don’t come to us for a gym membership. They come for results, accountability, expertise, motivation, and much more.
It’s also important to compare apples-to-apples. The value we provide with our Semi-Private and Private Personal Training well exceeds generic personal training. With other gyms, you are paying simply for access to their facility. With us, you are getting experienced professionals dedicated to helping you hit your goals, and a facility that provides all the best gear you won’t find in traditional health clubs.
Are your workouts for beginners?
YES! We make it a priority to educate, motivate, and prepare all our clients to get the best training possible. All our trainers are experienced with modifying workouts so anyone can do them safely.
During your initial consultation, you will go through an assessment workout to determine your best place to start.
I'm pretty advanced, will your workouts challenge me?
Absolutely. By adding intensity, volume, instability, or density; your workout will be scaled to your ability.

Can I just workout on my own?
We are a private gym. This means that all of our clients have a scheduled appointment or class time. Unlike traditional commercial gyms, our workouts and sessions are very structured.
We offer special open memberships to competitive lifters and athletes. If you are preparing for a specific sport or competition, please contact us for more info about our open memberships.
