Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized chunks

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp chipotle powder (or smoked paprika for mild heat)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Juice of ½ lime

For the Sweet Potato Wedges:

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

For Garnish:

  • Chopped cilantro

  • Optional dipping sauce: Greek yogurt + lime juice + pinch of chili powder

Directions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer:
    Set to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes while you prep.

  • Marinate the Chicken:
    In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, honey, chipotle, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let sit for 10 minutes while you prep the potatoes.

  • Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:
    Toss wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, and salt.

  • Air Fry in Batches:

    • Sweet Potatoes: Air fry for 14–16 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp and golden.

    • Chicken Bites: Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until cooked through (internal temp 165°F).

  • Assemble & Serve:
