Ingredients
1½ cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, finely grated or minced
2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp chives or green onion, chopped
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: ¼ tsp smoked paprika or za’atar on top for flair
Directions
Combine Ingredients:
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs.
Season:
- Add onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Chill (Optional):
