Ingredients

  • 1½ cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated or minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp chives or green onion, chopped

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: ¼ tsp smoked paprika or za’atar on top for flair

Directions

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs.

Season:

  • Add onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Chill (Optional):

  • Let it sit in the fridge for 30–60 minutes for flavors to meld.

Serve:

  • Top with a drizzle of olive oil and optional paprika or za’atar. Serve with sliced cucumbers, carrots, cherry tomatoes, pita chips, or whole grain crackers.
