Personal Trainer & Strength Coach
Cooper has been a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise since Halloween 2018 (no, that’s not a coincidence), but his interest in fitness started long before during his studies at Appalachian State University. First entering the weight room freshman year, Cooper's suspicions were quickly confirmed that adopting resistance training would help him grow more in confidence and continue his tenure as a lifelong athlete. Since then he has learned in and out of the gym how to work with clients and help them toward their goals (as well realizing what they are!). He is excited to be a part of the Capital Strength family, perpetuating their standard of excellence in fitness, and to share his philosophy of connecting mind with body. Once you have an awareness of yourself and what you want, purpose can hasten your progress toward a healthy lifestyle.
