- ¼ cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup milk (dairy or almond)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey (slightly higher for dessert feel)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Roasted Strawberries
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup for extra jamminess

Directions
1. Make the Pudding
Blend all pudding ingredients until ultra smooth and mousse-like. Chill at least 20–30 minutes.
2. Roast the Strawberries
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until soft and jammy. Let cool.
3. Assemble Snack Cups
In 6 small containers or jars:
