Personal Trainer & Strength Coach
Ethan’s fitness journey began with competing in track and field and high school football.
From these sports, he developed a passion for training and weightlifting.
In college, after playing semi- pro football, Ethan realized that he wanted to pass his knowledge onto others and help them with their fitness goals. In order to do so, he went on to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise.
Ethan is always working to become a better coach and trainer and strives to help his trainees achieve their goals.
When not training others, he can be found training himself to compete in power-lifting and strongman competitions & the highland games. His other hobbies include reading, fishing, and spending time with his fiance, dogs, and cat.
