Dylan is a personal trainer, certified by the American College of Sports Medicine.
He is currently working on getting his Bachelors Degree in Biology Human Concentration with a minor in both Psychology and Sports Science from North Carolina State University.
Dylan has a passion and drive for both exercise science research and training athletes, which he combines to help others reach goals they thought were unattainable.
As a certified personal trainer, Dylan's goal is to help change the lives of others by instilling healthy habits and creating stronger versions of themselves through hard work, dedication, and willingness to make a change.
Dylan strives to motivate every individual that walks through our doors, to be a healthier version of their former self. His love of fitness started at a young age when he began training frequently for both hockey and baseball. His hobbies include training, playing hockey, and listening to a wide variety of music.
