Personal & Athletic Trainer
Daniel is a lifelong gym rat with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. He joined his first gym at the age of thirteen and has been in personal training since he was eighteen years old.
He has worn many hats throughout his career, having worked in health club management, directed weight loss clinics, helped train physique competitors, tri-athletes, high school and college athletes, power lifters, runners as well as pageant and physique competitors.
Daniel is as passionate about training high level athletes as he is about training beginners who are just getting into fitness.
His years of experience with injury prevention and physical rehab also make him a great trainer for all levels.
During his off time, this fitness enthusiast continues to take classes, and enjoys spending time with his awesome wife and two children!
