Danny's philosophy of strength training stems from his own desire to become stronger and overcome his own limitations in life and in the gym.
He believes that strength training is the missing key to many challenges faced in life. Such as low self esteem, obesity, procrastination, fear of commitment, and fulfilling your potential.
For the past 6 years, Danny has taught people from all ages and walks of life techniques that are applicable inside as well as outside of the gym.
Danny believes that results are found in consistently working everyday to be better than you were yesterday.
