I have gone from 235lbs my senior year in high school to a 180lb Vegan Personal Trainer. Through that process, I have learned more about myself and what it takes mentally to make a change so drastic than anything any gym or diet plan could have ever taught me. I consider my training to be 80% mental reconstruction and 20% physical training. The moment we decide to let go of who we were yesterday that led us to the point we are now and sculpt an entirely new person who is motivated, determined, and driven towards the goal they seek is the moment we experience change. We have to realize the person that we are when we realize a change is necessary is not the same person we need to become to achieve that change. The only thing that stands in the way of change is yourself and time.
