Personal Trainer & Strength Coach
Wife, mother of three, avid quilter and finally out of a minivan!
Christina started as a Capital Strength client in 2019. She quickly found what she was missing in her previous workouts when she learned about barbell strength training with Matt McLaughlin.
Being the student was a role reversal for Christina. She had been a 4th grade teacher before deciding in 2005 to become a stay-at-home mom. After 15+ years of being “trained by toddlers” she decided to join Capital when her youngest started first grade - never thinking she’d become a trainer!
She was looking for a solution to the frustrating cycle of aimlessly working out without tangible goals or long term results. The strength training program at Capital was specific and challenged her to reach new goals she wouldn’t have achieved without the support of great coaches.
Her fitness level is not only the product of personal efforts, it is the reflection of skillful trainers and the right program. Christina is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT).
