Antuan is a highly experienced and qualified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), he also holds certifications in functional movement screening and exercise program design. Antuan believes in creating a supportive community through training; his passion is to equip the client with all the tools he/she needs in order to achieve every personal fitness goal. He lives by his own personal training philosophy – that fitness is not a fad or a trend, but rather a lifestyle.
As part of his previous work experience, Antuan has coached Track & Field and managed a highly successful boutique-style gym focusing on specialized and personalized training. Through the latter, he led the design and implementation of a results-oriented program focusing on nutrition, exercise, experience, and transformation that literally allowed clients to change their lives through fitness.
Antuan enjoys challenging his body by training for various styles of endurance races, he has completed several obstacle course races as well as multiple triathlons. He incorporates race preparation into the client experience; he does this by creating obstacle course racing teams which encourages clients to join in on fun and exciting challenges that require individual and team growth through athleticism, strength, and confidence. Setting personal goals around a race while motivating clients to do the same, is a talent he enjoys as part of that same philosophy of building a lifestyle around working out.
