Personal & Athletic Coach
Andrew is a graduate of the University of Tampa’s Master of Exercise and Nutrition Science program.
He is a certified Strength Coach and Sports Nutritionist, and has a passion for anything related to food and strength sports. He has coached a variety of athletes, ranging from from high-school to retirement age.
Andrew originally got into exercise in high school as a way to improve as a football and lacrosse athlete, lose weight, and gain muscle. He quickly fell in love with all aspects of fitness and now trains as a recreational power-lifter and can boast a gym total of 1505 lbs (545 lb squat, 375 lb bench and 585 lb deadlift).
Andrew brings a fun, positive energy to his classes and looks forward to coaching anyone who’s willing to put in the work and get great results!
