June 2: Glow in the Park - Cary

  • Where: Wake Med Soccer Park , 201 Soccer Park Dr , Cary, NC
  • When: Friday, June 2, 2017, 6:30PM-10:30PM
  • How Much: $30-45
  • What: The classic Glow in the Park is back!  Expect a bigger foam pit than ever, showers of glow water, even more neon bubbles, and florescent color to cover you up in glowing fun! Once you finish the 5k, join the party at the finish line and bask in the neon glow of the black lights!

June 3: Rocky Mount Mills 5k, Concert & Food Truck Rodeo

  • Where: Rocky Mount Mills, 1151 Falls Road ,Rocky Mount, NC 27804
  • When: June 3, 8:30AM
  • How Much: $15-$35
  • What: More than just a race! this historic mill property event not only features a 5k race, but there will also be food trucks, craft beer, and a post race concert.
    All of this while raising money for Cystic Fibrosis. So join the fun and sign up!

June 3: Yoga with Goats

  • Where: Hux Family Farm, 1923 Shaw Road, Durham, NC 27704
  • When: June 3, 5-6PM
  • What: Join the fun with goats and sheep yoga! This class is for Level 1 and above yogis. You will be lead through a yoga flow by your instructor, while the goats and sheep wander around, eating, playing, even sometimes "participating" with you (i.e. jumping on you, but not to worry, those babies weigh less than 8 lbs!)
  • How Much: $15
  • When: June 3, 10:30AM - 11:30AM
  • What: Yin Yoga with Goats is a unique event you won't wanna miss! This is a class for all levels, using position holds to work deep tissues, and help you expand your flexibility. This promotes a relaxed almost meditative state of mind and the goats add a fun atmosphere to this wonderful & relaxing yoga style.

June 4: Downpour Dog

  • Where: Clouds Brewing, 905 West Main Street #22, Durham, NC 27701
  • When: Sunday, June 4 2017, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • How Much: $5
  • What: Join your favorite yogis for an-hour long relaxing yoga class right outside in the Brightleaf Square courtyard, and enjoy a refreshing beer at Downpour brewery right after!

June 10: Yin Yoga with Goats (All Levels including beginners)

  • What: The Triangle Uplift Foundation is hosting its annual Triangle Uplift Foundation Perseverance 5K Run/Walk, this is a fun family event that takes place at Anderson Point Park in Raleigh where the community is invited to join in on healthy living and fitness-related fun!

June 10: Warrior Wolf 5k Obstacle Race

  • What: Join the Warrior Wolf Race and face the 5k obstacle course and its 15+ obstacles! This Race is designed to be fun for all skill levels! Obstacles will test your strength, balance, dexterity and stamina. So, join the race and put your skills to the test!

June 17: NC Med Assist Pancakes & Beer 5K Run / Walk

  • What: A fun 5K Run / Walk benefiting NC MedAssist . This family friendly event is Pancake, Bacon & Beer themed and bound to be a good time! 

June 21: Explore Dorothea Dix Park: Summer Solstice Yoga

  • Where: Dorothea Dix Park Flowers Field, 2105 Umstead Drive, Raleigh, NC
  • When: June 21, 5:45AM-7:45AM
  • How Much: Free
  • What: Celebrate the longest day of the year with an early morning yoga session in Flowers Field.
