What You Do With An Ever Increasing
Supply of Operating and Investment Capital?

The Equity Rescue Real Estate Transaction main purpose is to raise operating and investment capital in amounts that allows new and better ways of investing in Real Estate.

The foreclosure market is so very large and is ever increasing. This fact, plus the idea that Equity Rescue can now rescue and invest all of the property equities that are normally lost by property owners, cause many great market place advantages to come in being that were never possible before.

Now individual limited partnerships, working together with the same General Partner as their legal representative, can now each use a small percent of their working capital to;

Invest using all cash to purchase property and hold as a group, with other partnerships.

Use all cash to purchase land and to pay for a new building to be build without needing lender financing to pay for the costs of materials and labor required to build the building.

Interact several partnerships in new ways by making their investment purchases on a tenant in common basis. This new technique spreads the risk among several partnership each having the same General Partner. Also large high valued foreclosure properties can be handled in this manner. These properties were to dangerous in the past for one equity purchaser to risk supporting a large monthly payment and other related costs. Now several partnerships each investing a small percent of their overall capital can spread the risk. Its breaking down one large risky foreclosure property into a number of foreclosure properties that can be easily supported by several partnerships.

Can purchase property and hold forever by replacing a completed partnership dissolving with another partnership just starting to invest. A partnership is a ready seller and buyer in waiting on market place terms all the time. This way all the best (determined to be premium from the holding experience) properties can be kept in one or another partnership for as long desired.

Can exchange properties with one another to improve the portfolio of each partnership thus increasing their profit potential. Property for land. Leases for property. Many properties for one property, etc. A whole new way of creating a large number of properties in an exchange on a rapid basis (matter of a few days) can be initiated in the future and become an industry unto and within itself.
